Our personal and professional development courses and events
Whatever stage of life you’re at personal and professional development is key to success.
In 2016 we helped people around the world improve their productivity, define and use their personal brand, plan and prepare for a happy retirement, and much more.
In an increasingly busy world, it can seem more and more difficult to find time for training and reflection.
That’s why in 2016 we developed a suite of online courses , available to ACA students, past and present ICAEW members and their families, around the world. These bite-sized online modules have made it easier for people to find time for personal and professional development.
We also took our courses directly to ICAEW members. In partnership with organisations such as KPMG and PKF Francis Clark as well as local ICAEW district societies, we ran focused workshops in 33 locations around the UK, supporting the personal and professional development of hundreds of people.
Our full day courses continued to run throughout the UK, helping people to better manage their time, improve their relationships, feel positive about the future and much more. 99.6% of our delegates said that after attending our courses, they were able to take positive steps to improve their wellbeing.
CABA is with you and your family for life. From the moment you begin your training, throughout your professional career, into retirement and beyond. Reports regarding website visits and the use of online tools such as online training courses, webinars and our wellbeing zone, have been compiled using third party tools. CABA has no control over the development or maintenance of these tools and whilst we’re confident in their reliability, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy.
The number of users reported is based on the number of unique IP addresses used, which can lead to inaccuracies. For example, one user may access our online resources via multiple devices, each with a different IP address, meaning one person could be counted as multiple users. Conversely, some people may share an IP address, for example when using a home computer, meaning that multiple people are counted as only one user.
All real stories and quotes are based on the experiences of real people, however, some names, images and identifying details have been changed to ensure privacy.
